In late 2015, the Chorus Foundation allocated eight years of funding to support a Just Transition led by frontline communities in Richmond, California. The resulting Richmond Just Transition Fund, established with the foundation's grant, is managed by ROPC. We provides annual funding through a proposal process to projects that enhance Richmond's Just Transition. Together, will create a regenerative ecosystem by implementing community-led projects based on the six principled strategies of the just transition framework.
