Our Funds
Richmond’s fenceline and base-building organizations are holding it down every day building power and advancing a Just Transition rooted in care for our people and place. To support this work, we offer two complementary funds.
The Project Support Fund invests in community-serving projects that move Richmond toward a regenerative, community-controlled economy. The Emergency Fund bridges unexpected financial gaps so organizing and programming continue.

Project Support Fund
This grant supports projects that directly serve Richmond residents and advances a Just Transition of Richmond’s economy.

We See You
Richmond’s frontline and base-building orgs are holding it down every day. If something unexpected has come up that’s created a financial gap (in your organizing, in your programming, in your ability to serve), this fund is here to help bridge that gap.
As we move toward together towards a Just Transition, we're demonstrating care and sacredness for the Richmond community by creating an emergency fund for frontline, base-building organizations supporting community members facing unexpected hardships.

The Emergency Fund accepts requests on a rolling basis from March through September.
