Kitchen sink drain completely collapsed outside. Got quotes from $3800 to $12,000. Feels like highway robbery.

Had the exact same thing in Port Credit last month. A&V Drain came in at $4200, dug it up, replaced the broken clay pipe with PVC, new cleanout, done in one day. Owner was on site himself.
